Regardless of ANY form completed in the past indicating interest in our program, each player must complete the form below to attend the session. Do not complete this form for the same player more than once. For any changes please contact us directly via email.
Players who do not complete the RSVP form below will not be able to attend the ID sessions as we have limited space available. Please, ONLY choose the session that matches your child's birth year. If you have multiple children attending please complete this form for each child attending. It is recommended that each player attends both ID sessions if possible. Thank you!
